1 heaped tablespoon canned green peppercorns drained and crushed
2 heaped tablespoons orange juice freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon grated orange peel (zest)
2 tablespoons cold-pressed virgin olive oil
(GF, DF, NF, YF, V)
Puree all ingredients in a blender.
